Publix Super Market at Colonial Crossings

The staff is super sweet for the most part and they are always well stocked. My only issue is listening to the staff talk about each other while I shop. I'm there like 4-5 times a week between work and home and I've heard these managers trash their employees and each other in ways that make me so mad sometimes. Other than that I have no complaints

Normally, everyone at this store is very nice and customer service oriented. Today, I had a different experience at the customer service desk. The young lady behind the counter needs some classes on how to use her words properly not to sound so rude. Fortunately, I walked away to a cashier and she was in a much better mood. If you don't enjoy your job it is time to find another one. I will wait for a nice person an eternity not to deal with someone that is rude.

A one star review for today’s experience at this publix. Got some subs from deli and the person making our subs was amazing I would give him 5 stars. Maurice he keeps doing wat he is doing. Another person in department. Pretty sure her name KC or something like that. It’s just 2 letters and she is definitely an older lady from another country so definitely judgmental and came and raining on our parade and even her own coworkers. I can see the eyes of the other employees as she was talking her complaints that she does this all day every day. That is a negative energy in an environment that definitely doesn’t need it. I don’t know if she a manager but get another one

Great location. Nice and clean. Got there with half hour to close. Staff busy at it and still friendly.

I usually like this location because their deli is the best in the city in my opinion, but the customer service dept.. always rubs me the wrong way from buying lotto to picking up Western Unions.. Today the girl behind the counter seemed very lazy because it seems all she wanted to do is sell lottery. I wanted to pick up my Wester Union and she seemed very hesitant because I had to wait at least 3 minutes for her computer to load to help me that so she says and I patiently waited while she helped other customers by selling lottery and when it came to the time to help me, I answered all security questions and provided tracking information and everything only for her to tell me that my last name on my “ valid” driver’s license didn’t match what was in the system..so I didn’t fuss, but I was pissed that she didn’t put more effort into helping me receive my money.. So I went to another Publix location and I received it with no issues… This Publix should work on staffing better associates in customer service because this isn’t the first time I had issues there.

The staff in this Publix are wonderful and very helpful. The store is clean. My complaint is how often I shop on a Thursday and find the BOGO labels on the shelves have not been updated to accurately reflect the deals of the week. Over the past year, we’ve ended up losing well over $50 because we believe something is on sale but then pay full price at the register.
