I am beyond excited beyond happy, and definitely will be visiting the store again, because of Louis the assistant manager of deli!!!!!!!!!

I went in with a specific food itch to scratch, walked up to the deli counter to find that there were no Non-breaded chicken wings available. I asked Louis when they would be available said about a wait of 20 to 25 minutes I waited and shopped around some more came back. He stated there was a misunderstanding and they were actually just cleaning the fryer or the grill can’t member which one it was. He stated it will be 15 to 10 minutes had no problem walked around shop some more came back and he said that he was going to make the wings free for me and then he sorry about my wait, and expressed a lot of gratitude and compassion for my time! He spoke clearly and efficiently and straight to the point which I love I really appreciate getting treated like a human! i love it and look forward to seeing Louis !!!! Great great great def deserves promotion !

Nice clean store. Made a great sub. Found everything I was looking for, although they were a little short of the sale items.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Publix needs to fix their Deli area. It is a complete disaster. I have had one experience here and another at the Cape Coral North. You’re better off ordering ahead of time. Rude staff, both times I had been rushed and treated poorly. I understand having to get it out in a timely manner, but you don’t have to be rude about it…

Check for expiration dates before you check out! I would be interested to know how much revenue Publix makes selling expired products annually. My last trip (ever) to this store was about 8pm 12/15 where I ended up getting a bag of FL tangerines so rotten that they left a puddle of juice on my counter by the following morning, an expired pack of ground beef, and expired hot honey chicken salad. Three different departments and all full of expired items.

They were off their game tonight. I live so close that I will definitely be back, however it struck me as a bit rude to be expected to bag my own groceries without help (the cashier was no longer scanning items) and to not be greeted by the cashier either. And then many of the employees were on their phones and one even had an earbud in. I just found it a bit sad really. Maybe I will have better luck next time.

This store has some of the nicest employees, that I have ever come across. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Deli is fantastic.

I almost always come to this Publix if I’m not at my second favorite Publix which is on Hancock Bridge Pkwy. I have no complaints about the employees at this location, as I’ve always had good experiences here! Today was a little different though (in the best way), because this nice gentleman named Juan stopped in the middle of his noticeably busy day stocking to ask me what I needed help finding, as he had noticed me pacing back and forth in search for a product that I normally don’t find elsewhere. He took his time to walk me over to the correct aisle and he helped me find it with a big smile on his face. He even proceeded to tell me about the Publix app so that I stay in the loop on daily sales! Normally, I feel like us elders are a burden which is why I don’t like asking for help. But this made my day! It’s people like this gentleman that make a difference! I give this Publix two thumbs up!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PUBLIX BAKERY!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I called to asked for a cake to reveal the gender of my partners and I very first baby, so obviously a very special moment for us. The lady on the phone, who refused to give us her name, said she can not make us a cake and we have to place an order 24 hours in advanced which is understandable. But I was not asking for a brand new cake. I told her I just wanted her to take the middle of a cake out and put a color in and simply frost the top. (Something that they had just done to my coworker not even 2 weeks ago) so you could imagine my surprise when they refused to do it and had a terrible attitude on top of that. After explaining that they had just done it for us the lady said “well then why don’t you call that Publix”. Just the worst customer service I have ever experienced and coming from Publix is what makes it worse. After some more attitude from the lady she transfers us to the manager who again refused to give us his name. Not only was he also extremely rude and hung up on us but I’m not even certain that he was the manager because I truly don’t believe Publix would hire someone like that to deal with customer who simply just wanted to celebrate a special moment with their partner. I called on 7/26/2024 at around 10:30. So whoever was working in the bakery at that time. 0/10 will never be going back and again extremely disappointed this is how you treat once loyal customer.
