I would give a zero Starz if I could. Tonight I ordered two subs because I figured let’s just have an easy dinner in. I always go to Jersey Mike’s because I have never had an issue with their subs tonight. I felt like being lazy and ordered from Publix. I got my sub, and there was no cheese which I had asked for. I asked for my sandwich to be pressed which it was, but it was also burnt To where it was falling apart. I had asked for sub dressing on the sandwich and packets, which I got neither so my sandwich was very dry. I only took a couple of Bites before tossing it. Whoever made the sandwich did one slice of the three slices of meat. I’m extremely upset I just paid $10 for my sandwich and $20 for the two of them and they are both disgusting. I will never be ordering a Publix sub ever again save yourself money and go to Jersey Mike’s or firehouse subs

I find myself increasingly dissatisfied with Publix. Stopped in to purchase a green pepper and Ragu for last night's meal. A single green pepper was priced at $2.79! No thanks. I drove south to Aldi and purchased a three pack for the same price. Now, I understand that input costs are higher than before, but there is a difference between passing along higher costs and gouging your customers. Produce at Publix, if it is not on sale, is way overpriced. And that in itself is enough to keep me away. It is too bad, because Publix stores are readily available, clean and well managed. I want to like Publix. And don't even get me started about packaged foods, which are also higher than others. Having worked in the food industry my entire career, I know that Publix pays the same price/unit as other chains in the country. There really is no justification for this overpricing.

While this location has mostly be wonderful, in recent months they seem to be slipping. There are products, like the pre-made salads, that aren’t ready, even an hour after opening, and when asked about the customer is just told, no we don’t have them. Cashiers that don’t ask if you found everything, and when you do answer a question with an answer they don’t like, they argue with you. Why ask the question then? Starting to rethink about using this location again.

Overpriced. Low quality. Make sure to check the expiration dates on everything you buy and definitely don't buy fish here. Probably better to avoid buying chicken here too. In summary, it would be a good idea to shop in a different market because this store has really degraded in quality over the last couple years. It is sad to see because it used to be one of the best.
