Publix Super Market at Greenwood Shopping Centre

One of the best delis consistently for 10 years. We go out of our way for this one. Tina is the wine that only gets more fine it doesn’t matter how much I change my look she scouts me in the crowd and knows what I’m there for and if it’s in stock. Antonia showed us all these options that matched the stuff we like and showed us a great hot honey ham on sale. Hoping they get a great holiday bonus cuz that place is never not packed I swear.

Older store but well stocked. We ordered from the deli and the associate was hard to communicate with. Marie never smiled or interacted. Messed up our sandwich order.

Remember when you go to Publix, your high expectations. They've earned a great reputation for being very clean and always very helpful. Don't take it for granted. If you've had a good experience, please tell someone.

The people at the deli is super slow. I came to get chicken tender sub first it was 10 minutes later now it’s 15 minutes later the only person that was willing to working was Jutha . She was great. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left

This Publix is an accident way to happen and regarding our parking lot not their fault just a jammin busy crazy parking lot and they’re not as organized as most Publix says, but they have a huge customer following here and I think they do real well considering how busy the store is.manager is Customer Service super nice and ready to help. I would just prefer going a couple miles further away to a little less busier parking lot.

When I tell you the Bakery Manager KeKe Mercy is amazing. I ordered a 16 cake for my daughter that turned sixteen on Tuesday but due to getting sick unexpectedly I was unable to to pick up the cake so this disgusted the cake and my daughter dinner was today. Keke remade the cake for my daughter dinner. Thank you to an amazing compassionate manager that take pride in her job and know how to keep the customers satisfied. Publix definitely deserves to recognize there outstanding managers that’s overlooked

Poor service from the top to the bottom. Managers do not know how to speak to customers and that attitude flows down to the floor staff. Overall for the prices that Publix charges their customers one would expect better service.

Sunday 630, place is pretty busy. The entire left side registers are off. They have 1 person at the self check out, 1 other register open and 1 for express...people are asking only 1 register and self check out. The person at self check out says to him, "you can use the self check out" the guy had a cart full. He said " I'm not doing it" this is ridiculous how they want you to be your own cashier. I'm not working fo4 Publix, not do I want to play cashier. Keep enough registers open is what Publix needs to do. Self checkouts are not necessary
