The customer service is normally great, but you can feel the tension today from the folk working in the deli. I understand that Superbowl day is heavy, but the tone and attitude I witness today towards another customer asking questions was uncalled for. I was going to ask about chicken, but I'm good. Bojangles down the street.

Publix has changed! They're not the same as they used to be! I've been a regular customer, sometimes 3 times a week for 12 years. I've noticed a decline since 2022 in their customer service, mainly the deli. The deli workers are extremely rude! There might be one or two left that aren't rude, but the majority are hateful. The main reason I chose to shop there, even though they are way more expensive than other grocery retailers, was for their exceptional customer service! They were top notch when it came to how their customers were treated! But that is no longer happening! I still have a pleasant experience at check-out. The cashier's are always friendly. But the management and their deli workers are horrible. Completely unprofessional and have no problem with loosing someone's order! I've had many issues over the years, ranging from raw chicken on their salads to them not having my order at the time of pick up. This New years and the year before, I placed an order several days in advance for various party trays to feed my guest. Both times when I went to pick them up, most of my order wasn't there! I even made sure to let the person know taking my order about what happened the year before and how it messed everything up not having enough food for everyone. He assured me that it would not happen again and not to worry. It did happen, much worse than the year before! I couldn't believe it happened again! I had hungry guests once again! Publix didn't try to apologize or offer anything to help my situation! My breaking point was earlier today. I called to place an order for 20 wings for superbowl gathering. The man that answered the phone was so rude and short! He said they were not allowing orders for wings. I wanted to ask a question but he cut me off and pretty much hung up on me while I was talking! I don't understand why Publix has pulled away from being known for their quality in customer service. I've heard many other customers complaining of the same issues! It seems to only get worse! I'm guessing the reviews aren't getting viewed by their corporate people or anyone with that establishment. What a shame!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’m so upset with the bakery at this Publix. I ordered a gender reveal cake for my husband and I to find out the gender of our baby and told them MULTIPLE TIMES we should not know the gender. I called in before my husband went to pick up the cake to remind them not to mark the cake. I said, “my husband is coming to pick up the cake please make sure it isn’t marked we shouldn’t know if blueberries or strawberries are inside.” AND THE WORKER SAID “yep blueberries are inside.” They ruined this special moment for me and I couldn’t be more upset. I will never go to this Publix ever again.

Clean, organized, and stocked. I didn't see too many employees around, but maybe I was always in a different isle. I wish they would carry Celtic Sea salt. It is healthy for you.

We usually do not shop publix because of the higher prices. When we was at Sam's Club a guy told us the standing rib roast where $6.99 a pound at Publix. Ryan in the meat department did an amazing job helping us. He rolled out his cart of standing rib roast to the window and allowed us to pick what we wanted. The young lady that checked us out was very helpful and noticed the meat and tag didn't match and the bagger took it back to the meat department to put the right label on. Everyone was friendly and kind. Great store. We would shop here again when we can.

The bakery MANAGER gave my friend a hard time ordering her gender reveal cake and today when she called about picking up the cake told her the gender… she needs to be fired. This whole transaction was awful.

Their deli has nice sandwiches, and the wings. Well, no one else has 20 wings for $17.99. The store has very good sales deals. But they do think a lot about their meats. But who don't these days.

Great customer service. My employer kindly give me a $200 voucher for groceries lost in the storm
We had a terrible day at ingles where they refused to honor the voucher.
Anyway upon arrival the manager could not have been nicer and to us and even helped check out are groceries to ensure no problem.
Kudos to Publix.
