Was very excited for this store to open. Very disappointed. It's the worst Publix I've ever been to. I do deli ordering online, there's always always a mistake or it's not ready until way after the time. Meat department employees are rude and unhelpful. This is a newer store and definitely lacks the customer service most Publix are known for. They really need better management and guidance.

Morelia was very friendly and helpful when I checked out. Always friendly and helpful staff there. Potential for snow, in the forecast and Publix had multiple lanes open to handle the volume of shoppers. Very happy.

Every time I come in the employees are all very welcoming and friendly. The ladies at the pharmacy patiently helped with explaining a medicine that I had a question regarding and made sure that I understood. While checking out, Linnette was one of the most friendly cashiers exemplifying kindness and patience as well. The store is one of the cleanest grocery stores in the area, which is another reason I will continue to shop here.

Placed a pickup order at this Publix location and the woman who brought it out to my vehicle was extremely rude. She stated that she was not going to touch my vehicle, and she also complained that “we were keeping her out here in the cold”. We had just arrived to the pickup spot and had been there for about thirty seconds before she came up to my vehicle. She slammed the door of my vehicle as well. I have dealt with this woman one time before and even then she was rude. This is the second time of dealing with her and publix needs to take some sort of action to stop this behavior from happeneing. I have never had an issue with any other publix pickup employee, everyone has been pleasant except for this one woman.

First time going to the pharmacy. They were quick and everything was easy. Also, unlike CVS, the pharmacist here are nice and don’t act like you’re an inconvenience to them.

I just moved here from New York and this was my first shopping experience at your store. When I came into the store to ask if you had a store card that’s when I met Melissa. She was very friendly & helpful , showed me how to scan the card download the app and clip coupons. I’m looking forward to shopping in the store. I’m used to shopping at Lowe’s, but now Publix will be my store because of Melissa.

Love Publix food and soup and subs too. Close to home and the workers are all very helpful and polite. Very clean store too. They care about their customers..❤️
