Unfortunately, my experience with this store has been disappointing. Throughout this month, I visited the branch several times to get a Money Order, but each time I was told that the system was down. The strange part is that when I called the store, I was told the service was available.

This inconsistency between what is said over the phone and what happens in the store has left me quite frustrated. I hope that the service is improved and that the reasons behind these recurring issues are addressed.

2nd time visiting and 1st time going in. Still practicing social distancing, Yeah!! Everything is clean, spacious and Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love their Recipes Cards! Went to the Meats Dept. and talked to the butcher. We ask about a specific item that we didn't see and the butcher provided from the back for us. WOW! didn't know they do that anymore, that's definitely a reason to go back there again. They have Recycle Bins outside at the front. Meals Kits & Ready to eat meals prepared. The Deli Dept is very nice! Love the Utensils Receptacles near the Deli Dept and the Drink Machine!
It was a very nice experience.

I used to love this store/location but lately the meat department has gotten sorry. They rude never can cut steak never have steak or meat and it's ridiculous the old staff used to cut anything you ask this new crew lazy and full of excuses. Daphne store is nothing like this and the guy stated they ran by differently that was another excuse and the manager Mike doesn't seem to care either this used to be my favorite Publix but I can't count on them anymore!

Pharmacy not what used be. What is the point of calling in refills if they are not ready when said or prescriptions are not correct. Grew up on Publix but after several issues with pharmacy and store in general I realize Publix culture is not alive and well in midtown. Good bye Publix!
