Sarah from deli/sandwich making is rude and made my sandwich wrong, I asked her to toast it and she put in the oven with the paper still wrapped!! Please cooperate teach her how to have good customer service and that you shouldn’t put paper in an oven.plus they have a mess and most topping containers are empty, she gets mad she has to get some more.

At 2:33 in the afternoon, it’s took 24 mins before we could even order and it took 20 minutes just to make three sandwiches we’re gonna bankrupt the working man waiting in line to order a sandwich.. so maybe stop making sandwiches and shut your deli down because nobody has that much time wait

This ladies name is Chrystal i am a student that came in to this publix with my school sonic school book bag Chrystal told me that I can not do through self check out I told her that I was just get my card out of my bag she then said very loudly that I HAVE to go through regular checkout, I felt that I was being racially profiled. This is an experience that can not be easily forgotten :(.

Haven't shopped at Publix in 10 plus years. Not sure why but this location exceeded my expectations.

Every associate on the floor was more than willing to assist. The person managing self check out was AMAZING.

There is a trans man who wears wigs and fake designer long nails like a woman that works here, in the front end of this store, as a cashier/greeter. This scares me and sets a bad example for the teenagers and small kids who enters this store and might come in contact with him. It is confusing and troubles my spirit. I have nothing against the LGBTQ community because I believe people should be who they are in their personal lives but there should be limits when it comes to business. It seems this man is on display and the store is trying to quietly make a statement. Most people who shop here probably will look but will never say anything; however the image of this man with dressed up as a woman will never leave their minds. This is not ok.

Outside of this, I really love shopping here for fresh produce, good deals and quality cold and hot food.

This Publix is selling expired food. Check the dates on EVERYTHING before you buy. Orange juice, peanut butter, EVERYTHING. Countless times i have ended up purchasing expired items. Not sure what the issue is with checking products and stock at this location. If you're going for the BOGO deals- do not shop at this location, most BOGO deals will be expired, especially the ground beef, any "grass fed beef" is always put on sale... EXPIRED. please be cautious.

This store 1003 (12855 NE 6 Ave, 33161) is taking advantage of customers. I first noticed when they stopped purchasing the Publix gallon chocolate ice cream so that customers had to purchase 2 of the 1/2 gallons, making customers pay more. For several months, they stopped having the big bag of Dove almond and dark chocolate. You have to buy 2 little ones and pay $2 more than purchasing the big bag. Also they haven’t had for several months the 8 cup shredded cheddar cheese bags. Customers have to purchase 2 of the 4 cup bags and pay $3 more than purchasing the large bag. This is just scratching the surface who knows how many more products they stopped offering so customers spend more. This is disgraceful that such a big company is allowing stores to swindle customers at a time when it is hard to make a buck. Shame on this store.
