Stopped in Tuesday before Milton. You know the employees had to be stressed, but they all did such a great job and were very pleasant. The store was fully stocked and we purchased our last minute needs. Our shopping experience was less stressful than a normal shopping trip. Thank you to all the employees working to help the community prepare for Hurricane Milton ❤️🌀❤️

Okay, so I have to admit I used to be a Publix employee : front end, cashier and deli. Because of this I am very discerning when I enter any Publix, layout and aisle presentation is under scrutiny...restocking items and replenishing in timely manner so that customers experience is indeed a pleasure. This Publix gets an A from me. Store layout and appearance looks like a brochure or ad...perfect. I came there, close to closing time and it looked like how the store looks first thing in the a.m. at 7 when they open for business. Cashier was welcoming and friendly and fast. I wish the Lehigh store GM would come here and take notes to improve my local Publix.

At the checkout if you purchase 20 piece chicken, it tells you you’re qualified to get a free 5 dip cups. We went to the deli and asked and the manager herself said we can only get one. FOR THE WHOLE 20 pieces. I said , are you sure? She said absolutely.
I can afford $.45 dip cups but that’s not the problem. Manager doesn’t seem to know policy. I still purchased some for my own.

I called Publix and asked about the situation and whoever I spoke to said we get 5 free dip cups for the 20 pieces.

We deserve a better service than this.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Publix. I arrived at the store at 9:30 p.m. hoping to purchase a sub, knowing they close at 10 p.m., so I assumed there was still time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any service at the deli counter. Despite being there well before closing, the employees were either too busy or simply unwilling to help. It's frustrating to expect quality service and leave empty-handed because the staff shut down early. I’ve always appreciated Publix for their customer service, but this experience fell far short of that standard.

I bought a few items yesterday and when I got in my car and opened up the bag and smell of the chicken was disgusting. I bought some pre-made chicken breast strips and apparently they were starting to rot. this is the second problem I've had with Publix in this area. What is wrong with you? Who's in charge of your deli? I brought it back in and got my money back. Seriously what is wrong with you?

If you’re looking to buy popcorn chicken, it no longer comes with one free dipping sauce. Just go to any fast food place instead and get your chicken cheaper with free dipping sauce too. That’s what I’ll do from now on.

Went to the deli for pub subs. Irma was working and let me tell you, the subs Irma made were phenomenal. We could literally taste the love in every bite. She was friendly, cordial and very skillful at doing her job. I will most definitely be coming back to order subs from Irma. Good job ma'am!!!!!
