This is a very great solid marketing store. In addition I would highly recommend it for shopping to any individual. Furthermore the food taste very great and delicious. There a lot of Fresh vegetables and fruit. Along with delicious fresh meat produce. As to say the customer service is terrific and exceptional.

“I had an amazing experience tonight thanks to Oscar in the produce section. I was picking out balloons to bring to a little girl in the hospital, and Oscar went above and beyond. He carefully made the balloons, helped me find the perfect colors, and even picked out the most beautiful ribbon with such care, as if he were doing it for his own daughter. His kindness and attention to detail really made my day. I also want to mention Nikki, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and sweet. The service I received was the best, and I am so grateful. I will definitely be returning!”

I am appalled at the poor customer service of this particular store, definitely not like other Publix stores. The store manager on duty on 12/24 is a sorry excuse for any kind of management position.
I wanted to claim my birthday “perk” and she made it impossible for me to do that, even though I was getting a “bar cake” like it was specified on the coupon and it was within the value of the coupon too. She kept saying that because the cake was “cold” it wasn’t included even though it was the same value and the same name. She refused to help me and told me straight up “you are not getting that cake”. I can’t believe that a “manager” would prefer to make a customer upset instead of parting ways with a $7.99 bar cake! Absolutely insane! Shame on you Publix. And on Christmas Eve! Wow!

I often visit this Publix location, everyone is super nice... I would like to shoutout Jada in bakery, she was very patient with me when placing my last minute cake & cupcakes order. Also, I would like to recognize Dinaisha! She was super helpful while I was checking out. Thanks Ladies for being great 🙂

The new bull crap order of operations where at the deli a sub is meated by one employee and then vegied by another is so slow. The guy before me had 7 subs i had to just skip veggies to get out of there.

Our initial visit was to Publix, as we are unfamiliar with the area. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the store offered a wide variety of products. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained.

The newest liquor store just opened. Every isle is fully stocked. So many selections, it a pleasure walking around and shopping...the publix market and bakery are awesome...shout to all the friendly staff that make the shopping a pleasure

Publix is one of my favorite supermarkets. I can find many goodies. I go to Pinecrest, Kendall, Miller and everyone is very nice to me. They call me by my name and always greeted. I feel like I'm part of the Publix family I would recommend Publix. Today I visited Pembroke Pines Publix. The managers were so nice. The employees as I walked down the aisle were greeting me. This was such a nice feeling. I will be visiting more often.
