I live in S.C. and placed a catering order by phone the week before our tailgate at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Dec. 31. The lady on the phone in Celebration, Fl. made sure I was arranging pickup at the closest Publix to Camping World Stadium for my convenience. Many thanks to her for her patience and menu suggestions when I placed my order. When we arrived at the store we were warmly greeted by management and directed to the deli where our order was ready and waiting. The staff at the deli was exceptional and we added dessert and extra sides that were all ready to go. Food was so delicious! Chicken tenders were hot, sandwiches were chilled with the tomatoes and lettuce on the side as requested. Brownies were moist and fresh. Can’t thank you enough, Wish we’d won the game but our tailgating experience was top notch! Thank you, Publix at Lake Eola, 400 E Central Blvd, Downtown Orlando.

“fresh sushi” but all of the rolls with avocado , the avocado couldn’t looked more rotten. It looks like they made these rolls at 6am and called it a day. Do not recommend

This is my to go Publix! The pharmacy, is absolutely fantastic, they know me by my name. Publix employee they know me, even when I didn’t come for a while, and all of a sudden I came but, I was using a walker, I had an accident, they were wondering. The soups at the deli are great, especially when I can’t cook or for work.

My usual experience in this Publix is always excellent. But... this last time the girl at the deli did not want to go get the falafle or the meatless option out the back. I wish I could remember her name. She lied to me and said it was frozen. I knew it was a lie because I've been told before it comes in refrigerated just like any other lunch meat. I decided to cancel not only my meatless sub but the 4 other subs I was about to order. I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and don't plan on coming back to the deli because I'm treated like I was not welcome there.

Our Favorite Publix !!! We Love to shop there, and the Shopping List in the App makes shopping at any Publix a Very Simple Experience ! I worked at a Deli as one of my Jobs years ago, and Know the Grocery Business Inside Out... Publix Treats their People Right, and that Means YOU The Customer will ALWAYS get Help When you ask, because Well treated Employees are Simply Wonderful to Deal with... On Days when you are short on time and really tired, let them help you... You will be Amazed 😉

They are definitely improving. The set up isn’t as nice as the ones in Winter Park but the new managers are definitely raising the bar. Due to covid the lines are longer but the staff is very friendly....
Hot food line : except the one older guy who fix the hot foods . He will completely ignore you standing there waiting for help and pretend to watch the chicken cook.
Bakery : Love the bakery, they’ve always went above and beyond . I carry in blue prints of cakes which they follow to the T or replace if they mess up. For the fondant I order the copyrighted material myself and apply.
Seafood counter : The older guy who seasons the shrimps in the back is amazon.
Produce : the manager is more helpful then the staff, he takes so much pride in the produce and I’ve caught him taking pictures of the strawberries to show how great they are this season. He was so proud lol
