Edited to add: they’ve fixed their machine and everything else is perfect!

I come to this Publix almost daily. I always get a big cup of ice and water when I go into a Publix and their ice machine is always down. I realize this may be a minor inconvenience for some and like why would I leave a review about this but this has been multiple times. No other store has this issue. PLEASE FIX YOUR ICE MACHINE!!!! Thank you.

Publix is probably my favorite supermarket to shop in, that's why I hate to give you a bad review.
I came in straight to Customer service to receive a Webster Union. At first I didn't see any one at the counter. There was a young lady in the back but she looked busy. I said hello and a voice from behind the lottery register said "sir, just wait one minute. " I felt awkward. The same voice now became a person. Latasha said on her name tag. She said" it's more going to be like 8 minutes because I have to finish this list and other things. " 8 minutes, I said. What happened to the customer first. Why do I have to wait until you not busy doing a report to get help? Is there anyone else that can help me. Perhaps a manager?
And then she helped me...
Oh, she tried to be nice, but when I asked her for the address of the Publix I was in she wouldn't give it to me.

I shop here more than anywhere else, though there aren't too many choices where I live. Many of the cashiers are really nice as they check me out to the point I rather wait in line than self check out. It's honestly what keeps me coming back, because the produce is a crap shoot sometimes.

I had bought The Philly sub from this Publix on Palm Beach Blvd behind McDonald's and the dude that made it his name is Jerry and I'm telling no lie on everything I love this Philly sandwich is by far the best Philly I've ever had. Jerry cut up the veggies, shredded the roast beef mixed it then cook that first then put it on the sandwich which now has mayo and chipotle on it. If you want a bangin sub go here ask for Jerry you won't be disappointed

Picked up an ice cream birthday cake that was FABULOUS! Customizing it was easy and accurately done. Also got some birthday roses which were quite affordable and absolutely stunning. Customer service in picking up the cake was outstanding. Always a pleasant experience visiting this Publix!

I've lived throughout Florida for 30 years and this place has the absolute worst vibes of any publix I've ever been to. The front end staff will ignore customers in favor of chatting amongst themselves, and the management is unbelievably rude. The little Mexican manager will stare you down suspiciously your entire visit, and then refuse to help when the register have lines out the door. Maybe it's the proximity to the high school, most of the staff appear to be teenagers. This publix isn't a grocery store, it's a lounge area for teenagers. Horrible experience every single time. Avoid
