Publix Super Market at San Carlos consistently provides an exceptional shopping experience. The store is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, making it easy to find everything I need. The fresh produce section is particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that are always fresh and neatly displayed.

The customer service at this Publix location is top-notch. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. On my most recent visit, an employee went out of their way to help me locate a specific item, demonstrating the kind of personalized service that keeps me coming back.

The bakery and deli sections are also highlights of this store. The bakery offers a tempting selection of fresh bread, pastries, and cakes, while the deli serves up delicious prepared foods and sandwiches. The quality and taste of the products are consistently excellent.

Checkout is always a breeze, with multiple lanes open and efficient cashiers who ensure a quick and pleasant experience. The self-checkout options are also convenient for those in a hurry.

We have several Publix supermarkets close to us and this is the best. It's a new store with wide aisles and nice produce displays and the deli section is much faster than other Publix that I've used. Parking is easy and the employees are very nice and helpful. Checkout is usually quick. Publix prices can be a bit high and can be balanced by purchasing their sale items and bogo's.

I was there yesterday. There was an item I couldn’t find so I asked an employee who said “ I don’t speak English”. He did not offer to help in any way or find someone who could help. Then I asked a butcher to check a price on a loin of pork roast. There was a sign in front of it saying pork loin roasts were on sale forc$4.49 a pound. The label said $6.49. He said the sign only applied to bone-in roasts. I pointed out that none or no bone was not specified and the rustic was holding had been directly in front of the sign. He just mumbled and moved the meat around! I told him this was deceptive pricing in my opinion. No response. These 2 things are nothing like the service I always get at Publix. I shop there weekly and spend a lot of money. I would hope I could communicate with the staff and find things truthfully priced.

Wish there were Publix around me but then again the staff are what makes it 5 Stars. People with their crap Pennsylvania attitudes wouldn't defeat it.

The bakery is outstanding. They have a bar cake yellow with whipped cream frosting, not sugar, with kiwi, peaches on top that is melt in your mouth refreshing.

Amazing. Quite possibly the 2nd nicest Grocery store we’ve been to, and definitely the nicest in Florida.
The store was clean, the staff were helpful, product was located in an organized manner that made sense as an organized shopper.
