This year I hosted my friends from Alabama. I picked up most decorations(the 27 in the picture) and items on the charcuterie board from this store. Pam assisted us with the balloons. She was very kind and helpful. She also helped us with store recommendations for future planning . This Publix is very professional, spacious, with excellent customer service.

They never have rotisserie chicken ready!! The deli workers must be too focused on making everyone’s pub subs to make sure they have rotisserie chickens prepared for shoppers. I have had to wait 30+ mins or leave without getting the things I need for the week

I I’m completely tired of companies hiring people with no good customer service. I order a 8pc and the supposed to be thighs were bones with a lot of breading. I was told to bring the whole box back which I can’t because I have no transportation. I just feel like there could have been other was to accommodate me like I could have sent a picture, email of my instant cart order. Not only the manager kept miss gendering me after correcting her. I I’m beyond upset and will be taking this to corporate. Thank you

Unfortunately I will have to give this store a zero for tonight’s issue alone. Sierra in customer service went ballistic on a customer and was cursing so loud we heard it from the back of the store and she had to be held back by several employees as she tried everything to rush after the customer. Customers are not often in the right, but those actions are uncalled for by an associate and management didn’t ask the employee to leave but instead allowed her to continue to vent and work for all to hear. Very upsetting to see at my first time at this store.

I cannot brag about this location enough. Pre-ordered thanksgiving meal, Ms Liz in the catering department was so busy. I've never seen this story this busy ever. On her way back, almost running, Ms Liz came around a corner and ran into a cart someone had left behind. She hit it so hard, it literally made me cringe. She stopped, took a deep breath, and then jumped right back in. I made sure to notify her manager, who immediately checked on her and sent her to take a well deserved break! From start to finish, a true 5 star experience!!!
