Very pleasant location. Supermarket was generally clean, organized, and shelves were mostly stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample parking available in the spacious, clean lot with lovely landscaping.

Dr Tolentino is amazing! She's very knowledgeable patient & kind. Front office guys , Taylor & other sweet guy (forgive me I lost the paper with his name) were so kind, courteous, accommodating and went above & beyond to put me at ease! I highly recommend this office if you are new to medical marijuana or if you're looking for a new doctor

This store is horrible and an employee in produce was extremely rude after I simply asked him where a product was, he instantly got annoyed. May I suggest not having a job where you deal with the public if someone asking you one question sets you off. Uncalled for.

Then the shelves are barely stocked and the people that are stocking blocks the aisle by having his cart diagonal across the aisle. Then after he stocked the distilled water, when I went to go take a few, he gave me the nastiest look like how dare I take what he just put there. This is who publix chooses to hire.

Everything else I wanted, the few that were there were so far to the back because of course employees don't care to pull those forward. I'm just going to stop going to publix altogether eventually since people obviously hate their jobs so much that they don't want to be bothered to do it, while being inconsiderate and rude to the customers around them. Absolutely horrible place.

This is the best Publix in SW Florida. Well stocked and they always work to get you through the register fast. As soon as a line forms they open another register, managers jump in to run it or bag. Obviously a well managed store. Great job guys and gals!

Very busy store. Very nice and professional staff. Produce section and meat sections kept up with demand and well stocked. Dairy sections constantly scarce of eggs, bogo specials. Middle aisles also scarce of most used products (rice, water, coffee, etc). Most registers are always open but lines are long, would love to see a self checkout installed. The store could use more oversight due to the demand.

Usually a great experience, but Wed night $5 sushi; nothing at all? No sushi at all. Manager says it's an independent contractor; nothing he can do?

Not my favorite Publix, but it's the closest one to me. I pre-ordered a sandwich and it was almost 10 minutes late from the time it was supposed to be ready. You don't find the people that are specially friendly even the lighting seems to be off from other Publix. All that said, Publix has fantastic sandwiches, excellent quality produce and while it can be a bit expensive, if you were using their specials and deals it tends to level out.

On 10/2/2023 around 6:30 pm I ran to Publix for some groceries. It was busy and I understand a lot of businesses are short handed. The check lines were 4-5 deep. Here’s my beef… if a customer is in line and a new check out employee opens a new register to help elevate the lines, shouldn’t they take the next customer in line? How hard is it to say “I’ll take the next customer?” Not only did this happen once it happened twice with-in 5 mins. How does this happen to a company that prides itself in customer service? It was a freaking free for all! Where’s management during these busy hours? Can you place a employee out front of the registers to orchestrate traffic? You’re competition does and they have better pricing. Unacceptable practice! By the way, we’ve been a customer since 2004 and tonight the organization dropped the ball. I didn’t see any of the faces below trying to help during this busy time.
PS: I did go to customer service, but the line was 5 deep as well, with only one person behind the counter and couldn’t wait any longer with several frozen items defrosting in my cart.
