Publix Super Market at The Shoppes of Fiddlesticks

I absolutely love shopping at this Publix! Every single visit is such a pleasant experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the moment I walk through the door to when I’m loading groceries into my car. It’s rare to find a store where everyone, no matter their role, is genuinely eager to help and makes you feel valued. Whether it's assisting with finding an item, offering a smile, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, the customer service here is truly top-notch. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Publix really goes above and beyond to create a warm, positive shopping environment. I always leave feeling happy and appreciated. Highly recommend this location to anyone who values exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere!

My trip to Publix supermarket was a first for me. The grocery store is huge, well lit and highly organized . I visited because so many people post how great the deli sandwiches are. As I approached the deli I could see a growing line of shoppers - all waiting for a deli sandwich. I hope the shoppers were as pleased with their sandwich as I was. I also shopped at the deli for Boars Head deli meat. My clerk was so friendly. She recommended that I order my deli sandwich online next time so that instead of waiting, I can pick it up at the time I scheduled. When I checked out my cashier was equally friendly. I wish we had Publix Super Markets in Ohio.

Having to do our food shopping now at this location cause of the one on Daniel's being rebuilt & remodeled it is a great pleasure , everyone that works there is a great person . The place is always stocked up & very clean

Great store Always clean The staff are friendly. Great selection of food. We have used the deli for parties. The best chocolate cake in the country!! Somebody in charge is doing a great job!!

Every time we come to purchase a whole pizza, we are met with employees with such terrible attitudes. We have visited about 6 times. The pizza is great, but every employee I have dealt with has a poor attitude. Even on the phone. Maybe they need more help? Especially on Fridays. Not sure what the problem is.

We are not crazy about this location. We come in every Sunday after church. We always say hello first and our thank yous. We feel the cashiers are NEVER friendly. However, the sushi chef in the back is the best by far. He deserves his 5 stars. In the future, we think we will skip this location entirely since we have to interact with a cashier. This location has no self checkout.
