Stood at the hot case for 10 minutes no one so much as acknowledged my presence. Meanwhile there were five people working in the sub shop They couldn't be bothered to even make eye contact.

Left without any lunch, doubt I will be back.

This Publix seems like they have issues with racial profiling black people because there’s a few reviews about that my experience with racial profiling at this Publix is with John F at the deli and the manager Maria, John F is always rude to me for no reason this is the second time he has been rude to me I don’t even know the guy I’m starting to think he has a problem with my skin color I can’t help that I’m black that’s how I was born just like he can’t help how he was born, when he was serving the people in front of me he was very pleasant and nice to them but as soon as I get in front of him to order my sub he changed his demeanor I still said hi to him he didn’t answer not only that he didn’t ask me what I wanted on my sub I told him I wanted the ultimate he started making it without no mayo or anything on the bread I asked him can I please have Mayo on the bread after that he just stand there with his arm crossed looking at me from head to toe and said to me in a very rude tone “ are you not gonna tell me what you want on your sub” like I didn’t just tell him while making my sub he was looking at me with this hate in his eyes after that he didn’t even hand it to me he just left it in the counter after that happened I went to the front to ask to speak to a manager when they told Maria I wanted to speak to a manger she just looked at me up and down and left and said she was busy so the cashier had to go get the customer service team lead who was very understanding and took my complaint seriously he was more helpful than Maria the so called manager could ever be so thank you to him for not treating me different because of the color of my skin I explained to him that I used to work at Publix I know that’s not how John F and Maria supposed to treat customers. Thank you to him again million times for treating me like a human and how he acted like a human being as well.

Publix anywhere is always a number 1 choice. The service is 2nd to none. The quality of items, best in class for sure. In world where it is difficult at times to discern real from fake, rest assured, of you shop at Publix, that's as real as it gets.

We were looking for a 25 lb Turkey, not in the meat case. We asked Kyle a young man from that department. He went out of his way to go in the back room freezer and found us a 25 lb Turkey. He really went out of his way . We were there about 6:30 pm. We are so grateful you have such a considerate & dedicated employee in your store on Summerland in Fort Myers.

A clean, well lit supermarket. Their BOGO's are awesome, and the main reason I go there. The plentiful staff is super-friendly. Forest was spot-on with good directions on where to find an item and Robin was a pleasure at the register. I got my shingles vaccine there.

Publix has incredibly helpful and kind employees who really enhance the shopping experience. However, the store is quite limited when it comes to Halal products, which can be a drawback for those looking for a wider selection of Halal options. While the service is excellent, it would be great to see more diversity in the product offerings to better meet the needs of all customers.

It is a very clean store that has great people working and serving there, options to get great ready made food as well as shop with deals coming up in various aisles. Very nice to have this so close to where I work.
