Great sandwich from the deli but the female making them needs an attitude adjustment. As polite as we were, there was no need to be that rude to us because you hate your job. Quit or fix yourself!

I made an online order and it wasn’t ready when I got there and the deli employees seemed to not know about the order or how to fill it. The manager got involved after I left to go to customer service and he made it right. I give a lot of grace and understand mistakes happen and I appreciate this manager handling it appropriately both with me and the employees. Publix as a company needs to work on their online order system because this isn’t the first issue we have had. Thx again to the new deli manager at this location.

I am always surprised at how friendly everyone is here. It's almost like the Chick Fil A of grocery stores.

It isn't just the cashiers or managers either. People stocking the shelves and freezers. Everyone.

Shopping the BOGOs is the way to go here. Saves a lot of money and I wouldn't do it any other way.

Unlike other grocery stores, it's a rare occasion that they don't have what I am looking for.

Me and my daughter came into publix today to put in a cake order and Meg made that experience above amazing! There was alot of laughter and made the cake order process entertaining and i will definitely come to her from now on for cake orders!!

Order the jerk turkey sub online, I've ordered the sub in person for over a year.. My wife had brought it home while shopping, and the sub I got was not a jerk turkey. It was regular turkey with raw uncooked bacon. I unfortunately ate this raw uncooked bacon and now my stomach is upset in the store will not do a refund. They stated the requirements would be for me to show up in person with the sandwich that they messed up, meaning I'm now going to have to use one of my gallon size bags. Take more time out of my day for an online order and as well as gas to get this rectified.

Here's a photo of the raw bacon next to the sub that they prepared for me. They also got the wrong pickles. I had ordered the garlic pickles and they gave me regular dill.

If it wasn't for the fact that I got a sweet sandwich instead of a spicy in the raw bacon, I would have ever looked this with just the pickles.. but Seth the person I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful saying he couldn't do anything and that I have to come in in person. It's kind of a joke. I placed this order online and I have evidence of their mistake as do they on their cameras.

To top it all off when my wife was picking up the sandwich she said the guy was staring at our sandwich like he was having an existential crisis for like 6 minutes and had no idea why..

January 15th we attempted to do another in-store pick up, we placed our order 45 minutes early, upon arriving my wife spent 15 minutes being told that the Reuben was not able to be made because they did not have the bread for Reuben's, she tried explaining to the person behind the counter. She just wanted either a store credit or a refund for the one sandwich she was on her lunch and in a rush. After 15 minutes of back and forth, the person would not take her request for a refund and decided now that it was 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time that she would go ask the bakery if they have the bread... My wife did not want to wait anymore. She was expecting to leave around 1:30, but the woman did not care.

The woman eventually came back 10-15 minutes later with a loaf of bread she had store used, which this ultimately should have done proactively before the scheduled pickup time if this was always an available solution, or at least had a manager ready to do a partial refund at the scheduled pick up time either or would have been reasonable. Instead my wife had to wait 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time to get the sandwiches and come home, and then when we look inside the bread she used was white Italian bread. I will add a photo if possible. If you ever had someone call a white bread pastrami sandwich a Reuben it's not.. the fact that she would ignore my wife's request for a refund and disrespect her that way and waste her lunch time and calls issues with her work was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.

This store really needs to think about how they train the people behind the sandwich area. If they know a sandwich is not made by scheduled pickup time, they should have the ability to do a partial refund right there at that time. And not push the stresses and anxieties of their working environment onto the consumer. My wife not only felt the stress from this employee who was unprepared but then Publix employees being unprepared for their job cost my wife to be unprepared for her job if she was late returning to work.. absolutely atrocious

I love Publix. Particularly this location. It’s always clean, stocked, and amazing customer service. The workers there are always smiling, happy, and willing to assist.

Cashier Donna K. noticed that a physically challenged customer needed help, and took the time to help them. It's nice to know that old fashioned principles still exist.
