An excellent supermarket in Charlotte. This place is typical Publix, the place sells great produce, meat, milk, and many other items. They also have a pharmacy. Household items such as laundry items are also sold.

The price is typical. The place is clean and well maintained. The place has huge parking lot. Overall an excellent place to shop.

I stopped by Publix at 10 AM on a Saturday, and even though it was decently busy, I was amazed at how smoothly everything ran. There were multiple registers open with cashiers ready to help, which is rare these days! As my groceries were being scanned, another employee stopped what they were doing to help bag my items and load them back into my cart. Then, as I was putting the groceries in my car, a young lady came over to take the cart back to the store for me. Incredible teamwork and customer service! Big shout-out to the management and all the employees—this kind of exceptional experience is hard to find anywhere else. I love shopping here!

Sunny (manager) in the deli is detrimental to this establishment. She does not have good customer service and she refused to cut meat although I was the only one standing in Line. She told me she has other things to do and walked off. I had to go to a store manager, in which he decided to cut the meat for me. When I came back with the store manager, she continued bickering with me saying, “what is the store manager gonna do, whip me”.This was absolutely horrible customer service and it’s plenty of workers there that probably should have her spot. I’m not sure how she got that position but she makes going to the deli at this location a nightmare.

It's a really nice store with good customer service. That's the dream! With prices being as high as they are now, we deserve good customer service and a clean, pleasant environment. I'm hoping the people who provide that good customer service are paid fairly.

Overall, it was a great shopping experience!!

This review is for Issac at the Deli. I lost my receipt therefore couldn't complete the survey but wanted to make sure I acknowledged his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was polite, great smile, listened to my requests, and always said my pleasure whenever I said thank you. He knew his job, did it well, and had a nice sense of humor. He needs a raise or bonus for being so AWESOME. He is the short young man of African descent (African American).

Update 07-16-2022: David is the new manager 🥰 The store seems normal and the employees are approachable. The fish department also repaired the freezer area for the entrance. I enjoyed the diversity of employees. 💖.

Buddy is the manager and can be polite but starts to walk away and dismiss customers complaints as company policies. For example, if you ask for a quarter pound of fish you should get what you order. The woman gave me .81 pounds of fish. I asked her for quarter pound of salmon. She mumbled something about she couldn't not cut it. So why Wrap it up?

I had never had this issue at Food Lion and Harris Teeter. This place up sales their meats and fish based on the manager's discretion. 😡

I read the complaints on here and them seem to surround the meat, deli and now fish department.

I will never come back. NEVER!!

Oh the store is clean. And the two employees I spoke to believe that I was in the right. Buddy didn't. Good luck in shopping at Buddy's Store.

I am sad to say I had a horrible experience. I placed an order for a sub to be ready at 12:45 today and arrived to the worst customer service Ive ever received at a Publix. My sub was not ready and I politely asked for some help to be rudely answered "We don't have hot honey."

I asked "Oh no, I didn't know" to which the employee said "We called and you didn't answered" I asked who called and was told it was Sunny. I was told again "We have no hot honey and we called you." I said "I'm sorry, I didn't get a call, can I order a different sub?" To which I was rudely answered again "No, because we called you and you didn't t answer."

It was like they said they called and because they did their job it was on me and I was wasting their time. "I tried to ask what was the number they called, they told me my number and I asked for them to call it to see what was wrong. They called, said it was ringing, but my phone didn't respond to it. They told me "I can't fix your phone".

I am not mad they did not make my sub because they did not make my sub, I am not mad that their call did not go through. I'm upset at the pure lack of work ethic and lack of empathy. the fact that I even requested to place an order politely and they respond that "No because we called" makes little to no sense to me.

Save your self some time, order from Chick fil a, it's in the same shopping center.
