Good place. Have always been helpful when needed. The sub station is OK. They have lost one order. Witch, they fixed and didn't charge me for the mistake. The other time, they ran out of white bread. I had ordered 3 subs for me and my boys, and my boys won't eat anything but white bread. I waited for my order to be ready, and as I was leaving to get the subs, they called me and told me that they were out of white bread. I had to find something else to feed my kids last minute. I told them that and they didn't care.

I just got a veggie wheat wrap at Publix and ran into a professional sandwich artist who made my wrap like it was a work of art & to think I eat no meat it was all veggie made with the utmost care just beautiful- I would include a pic but my deli artist Mitzi wrapped it up b4 I could snap a pic, but if your ever in Melbourne and want a most delicious lunch - stop by this Publix deli and you will be treated warmly and served a mouth watering meal. Thank you Mitzi 🥪😁

Thanksgiving meal was lousy. The corn bread stuffing was watery and soggy. The gravy had too much garlic and salty. The mashed potatoes had ice and were wet and mushy and lumpy. The fruit platter had strawberries that were hard and not ripe. The pineapple included the core. The apples were tasteless. I threw the food out and won't order any meal from Publix again.

Generally their food is very fresh, but my recent experience was an exception. I ordered a specialty cake for my 83 & 86 year old parents. I thought the request was simple, and was expecting a fresh cake with "age appropriate" docorations. I can forgive 5-year old birthday decorations of balloons, but cake was dry as if it was 3-4 days old. Additionally, the writing and decorations were bleading as if they had melted--possibly left out. They offered to "scrape off" the decorations and writing. However, I felt this would look even worse. Again, the quality of the decorations can be forgiven, but a stale cake can is unforgivable.

I walked in. There was a lady at the Service counter. I stood right in front of her. She looked busy on her phone, so I waited. She never looked up. Wow ! Maybe she should be in charge of taking out trash. That way, she will not have to talk to anyone. This was Halloween morning, at 8:45am. I can spend my hard earned money anywhere. Not here.

This Publix has been my primary store for years now and has always maintained exceptional customer service. The store is always clean and stocked, they are easy to talk to in finding specific products, they simply know what they are doing. I will admit there has been an up-surge in certain groups coming in late following customers and asking for money, but besides that everything else is perfect.

So this used to be my publix but since this new store manager has taken over it seems like she allows all her employees to be rude to there guest including there MANAGERS!!!!! The bakery lady was rude all over a birthday cake and she knew it was a birthday cake. Then when I tried to talk to the bakery manager she rolled her eyes at me and accused me of trying to get my money back although I spent it at another publix because the damn cupcakes were more kid friendly and not Easter colors hello but Easter is over it is the 17th of April.then a few weeks before that I had about 300 in groceries and someone accused me of stealing they ended up actually going through my bugging until they realized nothing was stolen just when I have double items I ring them up and then take all the food and bag it up which she would have seen had she looked.. I used to love this publix when the previous store manager had been there she was so sweet and never allowed anyone to be rude to her customers, but then again the new one is so passive aggressive she refuses to admit if she might have been wrong or have any of her employees come and apologize for being rude or rolling there eyes, or accusing someone of something... until they switch my old manager back or get a new one instead of driving one stupid minute away from my house!!!!!! I will now drive ten minutes away for palm bay rd or 15 minutes away to Babcock. Please be weary of the new attitudes at the publix on 192. BTW proof I spent money at a different publix here you go!!! Another thing in April I end up spending like 300 just in stupid cakes between birthdays for 2 kids cupcakes for school and then small cakes for the day of ther birthday and not there party plus hey you can't forget the BBQ for Easter and the cake too! I have said my piece now.
