Excellent HR service. My rep, Jackie Copeland, is responsive and up to date. Puzzle has an app for employees to email, chat, call - in live time- which removes much of the day to day employee questions from company leaders.

I did want to share some honest feedback regarding my recent experience with this company. I found it difficult to fully understand the recruiter during the interview, which unfortunately impacted the flow and overall effectiveness of our conversation. (Her English was very hard to understand. She had a very heavy Indian or Pakistani accent.) I found myself having to ask for clarification multiple times, and it made the interaction feel a bit strained.

I would suggest considering additional support or training for interviewers, especially around communication clarity.
