I ordered 2 BOOKS on June 3rd. It's still stating pending and never received books. I called and told a women, I left messages on 2 people's voice mail 2x with my phone number. No phone calls and no emails back to me. No refunds as I have been requesting for 3 weeks. Do they want to just keep my money? Now I've tried to call their number again and they've blocked my number 7/24/23. I guess I've lost my $18.25.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I keep emailing them to get a status on my order, but no one will call or email me back. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service. They took my money right away but can’t bother to email, call or even send status email on my order. They don’t provide tracking numbers or even an email to let you know that the order has shipped. The way that this business is run is beyond ridiculous. I’m highly frustrated and disappointed. Don’t order anything from them!!!
