Scam artists who twist your words to try and sell you an "online presence" -- luckily, as a writer, I recognize these snakes when they hiss. Jessie Lopez insulted me personally and tried to tell me that I was "only into writing for the money" if I expected to be PAID for my own GOODS and SERVICES.

This rude employee hadn't even read my book, but she was pretty quick to gush praise about me to convince me to sign-up for "representation" at Printer's Row. When I told her I wasn't interested, she became hostile, puerile, agitated, and rude. I would never work with this company.

These people have been calling me for years now about one of my books, and they refuse to take my number off of their list, even though I'm on the do not call registry.

Once I even picked up the phone and talked to them about this, but they denied that they'd ever called before. And still, they call me multiple times weekly to try and solicit my business.

This is super shady and I can't imagine any legit company using these sorts of practices.

Such a truly inspirational story written from a genuine honest person. To love and forgive is the way forward and this book is powerful in highlighting that, especially if you have children. Well done Narinder. Look forward to more of your work. ?

When "Customer Satisfaction" sends you to a voice-mail you will begin to suspect that you have been conned. When you can't get a straight answer about sales and royalties your suspicions that you may have been conned will begin to nag you. My father spent $1200 for essentially nothing but promises.

His book is not in book stores and yours probably won't be either. You will likely get "promotional" materials and then it will be up to you to go from local book store to book store to ask a disinterested manager to display them.
Please don't fall for their promises.

I'm, Russell Rucker, Author of two books using different publishers. I am very happy with the experience I had with Readers Magnet. I had never heard of them before. Both Florine and Red respectably took care of all my concerns, no matter how small. I could easily reach them they did a good job, even in editing they seemed to know enough on my subject that they were able to guide me. They generally seemed to care, gave honest feedback, really you can't ask anymore than that. Very professional, I used a another publisher first, they had my second book so I had someone to compare it with and they really outshined out performed the previous publisher. I will be doing business with them again.

I have been with Readers Magnet for two years, they have created my website and have published one of my Novels. I have other novels with other self-publishing companies and Readers Magnet is the best. My Author Specialist Marie Sanchez is great. Always has my back, she is so encouraging, and just a positive experience with a good back-up of production, and management. Readers Magnet allowed us authors to assist them in providing a Festival of Storytellers. Excellent, What an opportunity they gave us to share our stories with the world. Thank you Readers Magnet.

When I was first solicited for business by the marketing firm "Reader's Magnet", I was unfamiliar both with them and with book marketing in general so naturally, I was skeptical. Since I knew I needed some kind of marketing to make my book available to a wider audience, I decided to give them a try. Their Festival of Storytellers is a rather new online book fair which promised to give me a live audience for up to an hour a day (or more, if I could endure it) for a period of two weeks, to present my book and field any questions through their online chat box. I decided to do these live presentations for an hour every other day, and, after I got the hang of how to speak to an unseen audience, I really enjoyed the experience to the point where I wish I could have spent even more time doing it. No marketing is inexpensive, but given the technical support of a live presentation for up to 50 different authors, including three training sessions on how to be effective with a live audience, I felt that the money I spent was well worth it.

I love how willing Reader's Magnet is to work with my talents, my time, and my budget. I never regret working with them. My favorite event so far has been their online Festival of Storytellers. It brings us closer to our readers to get to know each other in the comfort of our homes. They work so hard for me, which makes me want to work harder for them.
