Derek at Refreshing Publishing is a very talented guy. He has been a member of our community group for around 18 months. He has improved our Maidenhead’s Big Read website so that it is more user friendly, appealing and welcoming and has initiated highly informative monthly newsletters.

He has great integrity, and is attentive, conscientious, patient and flexible, and a great team player. He has certainly made a difference to us. Derek at Refreshing Copy went beyond our expectations when he worked on content for our charity's new website. The initial request was to review existing text and to write content for some pages which required research into the culture and mission of the organization. What Derek did also involved SEO copywriting and reviewing content when placed in mobile and desktop versions of the site. We are grateful for Derek's attention to detail, patience, and flexibility.
