After years of being with Regus, I am very sad to say that I feel very tricked and duped by a manipulative method of forcing clients into remaining. The girls at the front are very kind but I think that membership may be declining, leading to highly aggressive tactics. The auto renew process, which may be legally questionable in and of itself, renews a person for 6 MONTHS. Try calling the center to get help and not only is the English difficult to understand but, the only response they give you is that you must do things online. Eventually I was told that the operator would 'do me a favor' by submitting a request to stop my contract before renewal but, it was not in time. The contract renewed and now they would like to force me to pay for another 6 months...it never stops. Unfortunately, I may be forced to take them to small claims court to resolve the matter as they just don't want to end my contract. They say that because I missed the timeline by a few days, it is too late to cancel. I guess that we will need to see what a judge says.

Regus has beautiful facilities but that's about it. Regus locks you in into a 3 month contract in a very tricky way I wasn't aware of. I felt like a had to fight to get my deposit back and I was invoiced for charges that I didn't purchased. Furthermore, my credit card was charged for something I never purchased and I have not received my money back. This has been going on for about a month. Talking to the employees at Regus also hasn't been a good experience.
