David represented a builder with VP homes which has new builds currently for sale in Montrose CO. We purchased a new build and met with David during the final walk-thru prior to closing. We discussed HOA specific issues with him, the builder of VP homes, and our realtor; and were assured by all parties that everything we were requesting to do with the home was without issue. Days after moving into the new home David showed up at our doorstep and harassed us. 3 times in 24 hours he showed up and we have video proof of this. Our home and the two homes next door that were for sale by David (build by VP homes) had issues with the cement disintegrating. When David was asked by our new realtor during the sale of the home about the builders warranty he stated he could not help with this issue and the builder had left town. David had assured us during the final walk-thru that any issue with the brand new build would be covered by the builders warranty. It was not.
We have purchased several homes over the years and found this behavior very odd. The harassment was so extreme we sold the home shortly thereafter.
We highly advise to steer clear of any business correspondence with this man.
