Before working with Devon, I experienced recurrent neck and shoulder pain and didn't know how to alleviate it. Not anymore! She took the time to understand my particular problem, explain the underlying causes to me, and give me specific exercises to strengthen my shoulder and prevent more discomfort. I highly recommend Devon. Her extensive knowledge (science, movement, fascial anatomy, personal training, and massage therapy) combined with her compassionate approach can help you get the results you want.

I have been going to Resilability since they have opened. I am also a massage therapist and have been dealing with a shoulder issue due to my work. Devon has released and relieved my shoulder issues. I now have more mobility and no more pain when moving my arm.

Resilabilty and Devon are my go-to's for fixing random aches and pains. More than the typical relaxation massage (although they do that too), Devon gets to the root of the problem and addresses it through orthopedic massage.
