Absolutely wasted my time by not quoting me accurate prices and failing to mention rush fees (no other printing shop has ever charged me a rush fee for a next-day printing job). Then, instead of owning their mistakes and trying to fix their problem, they decided to let all of that paper go to waste when I refused to pay 50% more than what the estimated quote was.

I've been here a couple times and the first time it was sheer panic and I needed some papers printed and it seemed everywhere in town was closed. Including the library. Well, this really helpful gal who works at the front helped me out. I got my papers printed and it was just such a huge relief. Thanks again!
