I regret to say that my experience with Roosevelt Publishing has been extremely disappointing. I initially worked with KDP Publishing, which was later acquired by Roosevelt Publishing, and unfortunately, the transition has not been smooth. It's also important to note that my experience with KDP Publishing was far from ideal. Many of the individuals I interacted with seemed unfamiliar with their roles, leading to constant miscommunication and frustration.

From the start, contacting the company proved difficult. Their phone number was non-functional, and any texts I sent never seemed to reach them. When I asked for clarification on critical issues, I received one-word responses from the marketing manager. After detailing my concerns about the lack of communication, I was refused the contact information for his supervisor, which I had to obtain through KDP Publishing directly from a customer service representative.

Initially, a project manager appeared to understand my concerns and reassured me that she would stay on top of my project. However, midway through, communication deteriorated once again. Mistakes like incorrect artwork appearing on my blog were frequent, and I was never consulted for approval of said artwork even though I was promised that I would give the final say. The new daily was this: approval of written blog(s), waiting three to five days for a response, expecting wrong characters/artwork, and grammatical errors. She didn't care if it came back negative because to her it would look like she was doing everything in her power to help me.

What’s more frustrating is that I found myself doing the work that was supposed to be handled by the team I hired. As a Premium copywriter and professional Ghostwriter, I specialize in blog posts, and my time is valuable. It was aggravating to spend it correcting basic errors or rewriting content because the project manager failed to follow through on her promises. I ended up rewriting some of my blogs myself—despite having hired someone else to handle them. Worse, each blog felt disconnected and seemed focused on a new book I was publishing, highlighting the lack of attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process.

As an apology, I was given an additional month of marketing after requesting a refund, which was clearly stated in my contract due to the unsatisfactory service. However, as of now, my contract has been violated. Since then, I’ve encountered unprofessional responses from the employees responsible for writing my blogs, with no acknowledgment of the ongoing miscommunication. All I asked was for the project manager to fulfill her promises, but that never happened.

Despite being given extra marketing time, I have not seen any new blog posts on my website since June 2024 and if they did I haven't heard back from my project manager in about a week and she usually messages me the next day.

At this point, I am looking into legal advice on the matter because I am most definitely not 100% satisfied and it was guaranteed when I signed. One of the many infractions.

In short, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. My experience with Roosevelt Publishing has been overwhelmingly disappointing, and I sincerely hope they resolve these issues to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. Low prices lead to low-quality outcomes.

My experience with this company was a very bad experience. The cover, the setting and the layout of my book was all disgusting and misleading. Also using my name as a header was a turnoff for me. I have just deleted what was place on Amazon and sent a new script to Writer Clique to redo it for me. It was a mistake that I used this company to do my publishing. I spent for nothing money, also the guy was very disrespectful to me as his client.

Their group of accomplished authors turned my concepts into a compelling ghostwritten book. It was extremely astonishing how well you were able to convey the spirit of my narrative with such clarity. The entire process went without a hitch, and they were open to my input at each stage.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Beyond disappointed, they do not live up to any of their promises, Can't edit as honestly I have ESL learners in my classroom with better grammar. They will lie to you , give false promises and are slow with every step. I switched companies and while I have been promised a refund I am still fighting for it. My new company _LIGHT YEARS IMPROVEMENT
