My reason for the visit was to remove a vandalized pickup truck and deliver it to a body shop. My interaction with Mike was very pleasant. He enjoyed seeing how we adjust vehicle angles as we load them. My time at the location was about a half hour.

I had connectivity issues in July, constant daily interruptions. I spent HOURS on hold with various people. No one ever called me back as promised, and every time I was told my problem was “escalated” and I’d hear from someone within one business day. I had two service calls to my home and four total appointments. What does that say? It says that they didn’t show up twice, and never a call to tell me no one was coming. The issue was never fixed. They offered me one free month or their higher tier service. What good would that do? The connectivity issue was never resolved, so how would faster service help? I stayed home for appointments that were missed, wasted valuable time, and spent the month of July 2021 with little to no service. I canceled everything, yet they still had the nerve to bill me for the next month and even threaten me with disconnection. I had already canceled by then! They said they’d pick up their equipment (modem), so I asked when. We set up an appointment for that. but of course they never showed up! When the service actually worked it was fine, but once I had a problem it became a month long nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and go with another ISP.

From a collective review, if you just search SCATUI on Facebook, there's plenty of people who say: Front desk is rude, customer service is non-existent, asking questions will give you the run around. It takes forever to get something fixed, the internet service has plummeted and they ask you to pay for a "higher bandwidth" when it's really a problem on their end and even with a higher bill, it's still doesn't improve." Sincerely- Everyone on the reservation. Hopefully they can get it together soon but it seems it's just going downhill.
