Allan was recommended to me by friend. I contacted Allan to explain to him the need of resume, cover later and statement of qualifications. He did respond to me promptly and everything was ok. His attitude, specifically raising his voice, started when I tried to transfer the money to his back account through Zelle because he has different phone number: Anyways, when we started to discussed the first draft of my resume he started yelling and saying not to jump from one point to another and let him finish, however 10 seconds later he jumps from one point to another , so I started responding to him exactly the way he did to me, and this lasted almost a minute. His attitude and customer service was not professional at all. I told him from the beginning that my wife needs a resume and cover letter too, but after the disrespect and the bad experience definitely will not do it with him. 110% will NOT RECOMMEND Allan TO ANY ONE OF MY FRIENDS because of his attitude and ZERO customer service..
