I’m so livid😡 with this company
I signed up with this company back in April since April up until now I have not received any job offers and when I go and put in job applications I don’t hear anything back although I am putting in applications to perfectly match my résumé and job experience. You have to call in multiple times a week to update your availability which is insane you should only have to update your availability once a week or once every few weeks not multiple times in the week just to get a call from a recruiter… The one time I did hear anything from them was through text message but when I called and spoke to a lady over the phone she said she’ll call me back that was the last time I ever heard from her.. and when I try to call back they never answer the phones. I’ve just completely given up I talk to someone today and they told me once again I need to update my availability although I just updated it seven days ago. I’ve never once been contacted for employment and I’ve been with this company for well over six months now.. i’m just looking for a recruiter that wants to help people a lot of these recruiters sit around and they don’t really help it’s already difficult finding a job so I was hoping to get better assistance with a staffing agency but to be honest it’s been a lot worse….

If I could give them less stars, I would. This company is horrible. They hardly have jobs, when they do, if they fill up they never tell you so your stuck waiting for a reply. giving all the jobs to people who are on their phone 24/7 rather than to the people who are actually trying to work. I've waited a month after sending my resume and passing a background check and a drug test. only for them to tell me "all positions are filled"

If I could I give this office a 0 star I would. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and unorganized as this Select Staffing branch located at 25128 Avenue Tibbits in Valencia. I had an interview on Monday at 1pm, which I have confirmed the Friday before, the representative from this brach told me that this phone interview will take place between 1-2 pm, that the recruiter will call during that time frame, no one called me. I called the branch around 2pm and my call got rerouter to the call center and they told me that they were going to send an email to the branch for them to get in contact with me. OMG. The call center suggested for me to make another appointment on line. I made an appointment for 10am Tuesday 9/28/21 and the same thing happened, no one call me.
Please don't waste your time, the owners needs to teach their employees "customer service 101" and proper work ethics which they don't seem to have.
I don't usually give bad reviews, but the owners should take control of their employees, coach them properly or even better hire more efficient staff.

The application will spam your inbox so get ready for thst it will tell you continuously update for nothing, promised a job, drove an hour for the interview then retracted it saying I was not at all qualified, the system they have seems to have many kinks. Waste of time and gas, thank gosh was able to go to exact staff the same day in Santa Clarita and though they seem more disorganized they get you to work as long as your willing to learn

Completely awful..I tried to complete the basic questionare test for the first part if the application and it labeled me inactive. Now I'm unable to fill out an application for 6 months. I know should have passed that test..I truly believe that there was a system error of some sort but they could do nothing for it. Do not waste your time with this company. If I could give them no stars I would. They are the worst!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! I was scheduled on a Friday for an interview. I drove an hour to get there. I was given the wrong address, and then when I finally called to check address they gave me the correct address and when I got in the building was told they don’t do interviews on Friday!! Worst experience ever!!! Never again!!
