My breath work session with Silvia was transformative. Starting with the movement really helped me get into my body so I could dive into the breath work session. The headphones really helped me stay in my own experience and her guidance through the breathwork was powerful! I dove deep into healing with my past self and felt the lotus flower of my heart open. I highly recommend working with Silvia any chance you get!!

This workshop was a powerful learning experience that helped me heal past emotional wounds and put an end to the grudges and guilt I held for years. The combination of the music and the meditation strategies took me to a different dimension, where I was able to connect to myself and had the opportunity to connect with my loved ones in another way. I loved the class, the emotions and feelings it produced in my body, mind, and soul, and the energy from the instructor and the participants.

There are no words to describe how I feel. I'm grateful for this opportunity to explore a long-awaited trip to Shasta. The house is magical the energy is absolutely pure I didn't want to leave, all the little details made me feel like Im at home. It was sad to leave and Im definitely coming back to Sylvia again. Thank you sweetheart for everything, for your energy for your careness, kindness and unconditional love

My hypnosis session with Silvia was beyond incredible! I have tried hypnosis in the past and I could never go deep into hypnosis however with Silvia I felt very at ease and ready to take on my misleading believes. The entire experience was incredible and rewarding for me, I left her office with a better sense of my own power and my own potential for success. I highly recommend hypnosis with Silvia to anyone who feels stuck or wants to get over past experiences.

Silvia -- If I could give you 6 stars, I would! I have been to other very popular centers and you have single-handedly surpassed them! I found Silvia through the web and got the deal of a lifetime. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very personable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place. She is very warm, inviting, and sweet. Also, a HUGE plus in my book-- VERY CLEAN! I was sincerely very happy with her facility and with her. Will definitely be returning for my future treatments!
