SJ Harrison Voice & Performance Coach -

I just completed SJ's Unlock Your Performance Power 8 week course and I feel like it changed my life in so many positive ways. The program consisted of some weekly self study work coupled with a weekly 1:1 session with SJ. SJ's aura is kind and nurturing which really allowed me to open up and fully take in all she had to offer. Prior to the program I was terrified to speak publicly and I could feel that my audiences could sense my energy. SJ taught me a number of breathing and voice exercises which allowed me to slow down and deliver a calmer and more pleasurable presentation to my audiences. She provided so much support and encouragement which really helped me to dive into some more psychologically difficult aspects of the course. In addition she helped me a lot with how to structure and set boundaries in meeting to allow for a more productive outcome. I never in my life would have imagined that I would look forward to speaking opportunities, but now I do! . I not only found my physiological voice, but I found a spiritual one as well. I would highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with finding their voice!

I have taken several group classes with SJ and also one on one coaching. As a Psychologist I appreciate SJ's ability to notice. She notices things I don't even notice! She interprets what she notices in a way that is empowering, and serves to enhance my specific learning journey. My colleagues have commented on my presence when I am speaking to large groups, my sense of ease and command of content. Since working with SJ, I have found my voice, and this has been life-changing. I cannot recommend SJ enough. Anyone who gets to work with her is lucky.

SJ is an incredible Voice and Performance Coach! She really knows how to zero in on the parts of your voice that you may have locked up, and provides you with the keys to free them. These keys come in the form of targeted breath work and movement that help you realize where you are holding back and where you need to let go. After working with SJ, I have noticed how much more confidently I'm singing, grounding myself and delivering dialogue, and speaking to anyone, in general. It's amazing to see how much just reminding yourself to breathe, unlocks. Thank you SJ, for all the tools and guidance that you provide as a teacher!
