Poor management and customer service on my last job. Prior to this I have done multiple jobs and customer service was always good.

This last job our company needed new business cards for a conference and a date was agreed to be picked up ahead one day ahead of schedule. On the day of pickup, the manager says "who did you speak to" because they are not going to be ready on the day it was told for me to pick up. The most frustrating part about this is that I told the person when ordering that the date was extremely important that we would be picking them up and going straight to the airport the same day (changing our flight plans since the cards would be ready). Anyhow never doing business with smart levels again. The manager was definitely not understanding and just adamant that they are in the right!!!
