This company will not stop harassing ours. They call in multiple times a day asking for our business information to update their "Milling and Baking News Magazine". They will literally call you every hour if you don't give them the information. Such a sleazy company.

(Edited 5/15/23) This 3rd party information-soliciting company's rep even told me if I don't give them the information, they will just keep calling. I asked to be on their do not call list and they told me it will take 30 days to remove my contact and within those 30 days they will keep calling back unless I give them information about our company.

The content of all the Sosland Publishing titles is always excellent, and the customer support measures up to that same standard. I ran into a challenge with my log-in credentials as the holiday season was imminent and the support contact (JS) responded to my email immediately. She kept trying to find a solution all through the Christmas to New Year's break! When it became apparent it would require the IT department, the tech person (JH) identified the problem quickly and fixed it promptly in the new year. This is what customer service should look like everywhere!
