A young saleswoman with a black ponytail was very rude and unfriendly.

She was urging me to pay even though no one was behind me in line.
I didn't buy a piece of paper. I came to pay
A 150€ BILL!

Where I come from people are getting fired for this kind of attitude in the first week.

I will not come back here again and wouldn't recommend this place neither.

One of the worst services in my life, and that was already the second time, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. If you don’t know your way with technology, just don’t go there. They won’t help, they’ll let you print with as little assistance as possible (and isn’t it great when shop assistants just seem annoyed when you ask for their help?), and if something doesn’t work, like the printer not printing something that is on a PDF file (which is universally known to work in every computer and to not change the content of what you created), then obviously it’s your fault and you still need to pay for over 30 pages because the printer didn’t stop as soon as you noticed the mistake and interrupted the printing process. It took me over 30 minutes, I was treated like an idiot (most likely also due to the fact that I’m not a German native speaker since they were super nice to the German customer who was in the shop at the same time as me) and wasted over €30 for something that most likely was not my fault. Just a horrible experience. I’ll never go back again.

Not a friendly environment
I don't speak German and the man with the grey hair on the counter didn't want to help me.
The PCs are really old and don't work properly .
Overall,I wouldn't recommend it.

tl;dr: don’t do your prints here - please.

The people that work here don’t help you, they give you vague guidelines or simply give wrong advice overall. Then, they charge you for all the failed prints you made because of them.

Me and my friend went here, she had a couple of failed runs on her prints because the instructions that were given to her were false, then she had to pay about €35 for €10 worth of prints.

As if this isn’t bad enough, the quality of the prints was absolutely LAUGHABLE. The pictures looked like they were printed on the first printer ever invented on this earth, and the whitespace on the left side of the paper was way bigger than on the right side. The whitespace shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

Anyway, when we were shocked at the final price, the moody-looking boy at the till rolled his eyes at us and treated us like we were being unreasonable.

The ambiance also feels like it’s made in hell, the lighting is damn depressing and there is nowhere to sit and barely place to stand.

Don’t go here! Cheers 🙂

I have been here last week and I have had a really good impression. I needed to bind my thesis paper. The employee was very nice and took care of the binding. Card payment is possible as well. The process took 5mins for 3 leather binding and yea I do recommend this place for sure

The staff was very nice. I paid what I expected. I really don't get the negative Reviews. Both the Guys at the entrance helped me out and explained to me everything in english.

The worst experience I had with print places. I had no time so I used their services and wasn't informed abour student discount, so I payed much higher price and it was very expensive but it isn't all, as workers behave like you owe them something and they don't want to see you there especielly their female worker being rude to me after being nice to the man in front of me, telling me ' I can't decide for you' because in her opinion I took to much time for the process.

Saw that there were lots of bad reviews so I thought I'd leave one, this place is honestly great! Have been there a bunch of times, it's cheap, friendly service, and I've never had to wait at all. Can recommend! Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from
