Auch bestens ! - und wo Ich auch seit Jahren Online bestelle/einkaufe, wie nun auch Unteres im September 2024 per Foto und das ersichtliche Buch: "Die Michelangelo Verschwörung" gab es durch den vorher erhaltenden Vorteils-Code umsonst hinzu.

Es ist eine sehr interessante und ansprechende Buchhaltung. Die angebotenen Bücher und literarischen, theologischen , philosophischen Werke sind vielseitig und breit gefächert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen kompetent zur Seite. Die Buchhandlung ist abseits vom städtischen Getümmel als Kleinod sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Lieferung war pünktlich und gut. nun versuche ich seit Monaten die Briefkasten-Werbung wieder abzubestellen, telefonisch, per mail, per Einschreiben. Ergebnis: mein Wunsch wird nicht respektiert. Da geht es wohl mit dem religiösen Eifer etwas zu weit. Und heute wurde sogar die Mitarbeiterin vom Kundendienst deswegen laut am Telefon. Ich hoffe sehr die Gespräche werden mitgeschnitten.
So sollte sich Kirche nicht verhalten.

Bücher / Kalender werden als lieferbar angezeigt welche bei Bestellung dann ganz plötzlich erst in zwei Wochen kommen, oder viell. auch gar nicht mehr lieferbar sind.

Schade, seriös geht für mich anders.

Habe des öfteren bei Vivat bestellt, am Anfang war es noch okay, doch zunehmend kommen die Sachen erst nach Wochen.... leider für mich nicht mehr okay...werde es eben dann woanders kaufen.?‍?

Diese Verlag agiert nicht christlich, selbst wenn der Name dies zusagt.
Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnisse ist in negativer Dimension.
Fast alle Artikel sind bei Mitbewerbern günstiger bis max gleich im Preis.
Wobei bei fast allen anderen Anbietern, im Gegensatz keine Zustellkosten anfallen.
Es wird kurz nach Zustellung gemahnt und unverzügliche Zahlung gefordert, sogar die Credit Reform Leipzig wird eingeschaltet.
Kunde ist Melkkuh.
