I am a Senior collecting Social Security and
opted to have withholding tax collected as
a saving for my other tax obligation, I came
to this income tax services as recommended by a friend to have my tax filing done, it’s a simple filing since we don’t have any complicated income taxes and deductible expenses all we need is to
have our w/h taxes be refunded. She did
everything right at no time imputing all our
informations into her income tax computer
systems, what turned out to be an issue was according to her my bank routing and
account numbers that I have been using for so many years are incorrect (?) which
I presumed she imputed incorrectly, when I called her after a month to inquire about my refund not being posted to my bank, she said my refund has been mailed by IRS,
when I asked why, she simply said she does not know, this is unacceptable reason
and unprofessional.
