The website-making tools are nice and even though I'm not the most tech-savvy, I'm able to create the kind of website I want for my books. However, there have been two glaring issues:

1. When first setting up my website, it has me put in the books I've already published and automatically creates pages for them in the website. This is all fine. But, in order to add new books (because I'm still writing and will do so until I die, probably), I am advised by Storiad to delete my website and start over. I find this overly complicated and like to have my website pages done a certain way (the default format isn't too glamorous) and that is FAR too much work to do every time I publish a new book (I plan on publishing five in this year alone).

2. The customer service is lacking. At the beginning, messaging customer service was fairly seamless. They answered quickly and helped with my issues (even the above one. Karim was very helpful). But lately, messages are going completely unanswered. I sent a message on June 19 and have still yet to be answered on it (photos below).

Hopefully this review might get them back on track with how they used to be.
