I reached out to Superiorwritingshub in regard to edit and format my manuscript; which cost $756.00. I paid that amount for the service outlined in the receipt. They do not honor what the say100% satisfaction guarantee.
The only thing I received up to date is a draft of edited copy of the manuscript laden with ERROR. Nothing else on receipt was performed, one revision was performed in chapter one of manuscript. This only happened after several verbal complaints to Isaac Leo (Account Manager) on our phone calls. I kept complaining to him about errors and quality of the work. All Isaac was interested in, was calling to tell me about other proposals like book covers, websites for the book etc. Next, I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card.
UpToDate all I got form signing up with this company is an unusable error laden manuscript.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I submitted my manuscript to them and because of the horrible editing, ended up with three different editors. All three took correctly spelled words and misspelled them. They added punctuation that made a sentence that made sense no longer make sense. After the editing didn't get any better, I requested my money back. They agreed, then ghosted me. Do not hire these people. You're just wasting your money if you do.

02Stay as far away from these scam artists as possible! I had the absolute worst experience - nothing but lies, stalling tactics, incompetence, shifting from one person to another. They took a whack of my money and I feel like an idiot but after a year they only did the most minimal of what was contracted. A terrible outfit.
