I am so grateful for Sylvan Learning Center and the ways they went above and beyond to help my son go from a first grade reading level to a fifth grade reading level in such a short amount of time. They helped my son regain his confidence in reading and were so kind and supportive along the way. My son is now reading at grade level thanks to Sylvan Learning Center. He has also gained a great amount of confidence and no longer cries when he reads. We can practice reading at home now without it being a “fight.”

The staff is very friendly! They use a token system so students can earn prizes. My son looked forward to earning tokens which motivated him to complete his lessons.

The tuition is pricey, but it was worth the investment.

Met with Lynn at Sylvan learning center and she told me that she can assess my grandson Who is entering into his freshman year of high school to assess if he was where he should be entering into high school. I took my grandson in and he spent an hour with a Sylvan Learning staff member who completed the assessment and my daughter and I sat down with Lynn and she explain to us how Sylvan learning can help by grandson. This is a great program if your child needs help with their schoolwork or has fell behind due to the pandemic. Lynn and her staff are very personable and you can tell they love what they do. Thank you Sylvan learning Center for a great experience!

We started our son at Sylvan in mid-September and have already seen a difference in his reading. He enjoys going and the staff is great. They are not the cheapest program out there (& they admit it) but it works!

I LOVE this place. My daughter wasn't to keen on spending her summer here, however she didn't have a choice. She was in 9th grade and flunking out of school and when we got her tested at Sylvan, come to find out she was 4 years behind in Reading Comprehension and Math. It was very heartbreaking!! However, once she started going daily, she really enjoys it. She loves all of the teachers and the staff here is AMAZING! It is pricey, but WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT! I would and will recommend the Sylvan Learning Center to anyone looking to get their child caught up in a quick amount of time. You get out of it the time you put into it. This place ROCKS!!! I would do it all over again too! So... with 15 hours a week spent at Sylvan and almost a month later, my daughter, who was at a 5th grade level in both reading and math, is now at an 8th grade level for reading comprehension and a 6th grade level for math. She was doing 3 hours a day and 2 sessions of reading and 1 session of math. She's more confident already in just this short amount of time and excited for the first time to actually start school. Thank you to Sylvan for changing my daughter's life and giving her the chance to be able to actually graduate High School.
