Absolutely Disappointed in Customer Service… I’ve never had a worse experience at a store than I did with this Target. I recently did a pickup order, and the employee who handed me my items was not only unprofessional, but downright rude. She was a younger woman with brown hair, slender build, and her attitude was appalling. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. She was dismissive and spoke in a tone that was loud, rude, and completely uncalled for. It felt as though I was inconveniencing her by simply picking up my order.

It was shocking to witness someone working for a major company like Target behave so poorly. The way she acted left a very bad impression, and I honestly feel like it’s something that needs to be addressed. If Target cares about its customers, they need to seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, and I encourage others to think twice before shopping here. Customer service is everything, and this employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

Worst Target Location! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would strongly advise against shopping at this Target location. From my experience, this store is poorly managed and the staff consisting mostly of young, untrained employees are completely clueless and unprofessional. I’ve encountered numerous issues, from long waits for help to being given wrong information. The employees seem unqualified and are often dismissive or unhelpful when approached. It’s clear they don’t take customer service seriously, and it shows in the chaotic, disorganized environment. Not to mention, it’s incredibly frustrating when you’re forced to deal with immature staff who have no regard for your time or needs. If you value your time, money, and patience, steer clear of this location. This is hands down the worst Target I’ve ever visited, and I won’t be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean this target was. For being the day after Christmas (Boxing Day) the store was tidy, clean and well staffed. I was very surprised at the holiday section aka clearance area was NOT in disarray or a mess but everything was tidy and organized.

The store appeared to be well stocked, the parking lot felt safe. I’ll be back for sure!

Very unprofessional and doesn’t take ownership for selling faulty gift cards. Ani the store manger was not helpful at all and did not believe that the gift card was purchased at this store till she generated the receipt herself. She gave a phone number to call and was vague with her instructions. She literally was rude and walked away while we were still talking to her. Very bad customer service and attitude from Ani.

Why have online pickup when you have to wait in line behind all the returns. Also, when your turn does come. The person is only doing returns. Useless. Could have gone back and picked out my own and paid for it by the time I got my order.

You need to hire more people for curbside pick up. I’ve been sitting him for 20
Mins and nothing. The little Burnette girl you have working outside is doing an amazing job for being by herself/ she needs a raise.

No hassle on returning product, friendly staff. I'll be shopping Target over Walmart for now on because unlike Walmart, Target respect equality and did not get rid of their DEI

Their online order is the best from any place that I have experienced. I could get anything less than 2 hours after placing an order. Prices are also very competitive. I like Target.
