Chuck was fantastic! This was my first time having him prepare my taxes. He was very knowledgeable, and gave some great advice, even better than my financial advisor! His cost to prepare my taxes was half of what I had been paying my previous tax preparer, and I am getting a refund this year, bigger than the last two years because he discussed with me some important financial moves. I highly recommend Chuck! He will be my tax preparer going forward!

I called Chuck to ask about setting up an appointment. He told me to call him back the next day at a specific time. I did, he told me it was not a good time again, and to call back yet again at a specific time. He told me that this new time that he suggested would not work, and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. That was 3 days ago, he still has not called.

I have been going to The Tax Shop for 8 years now. Chuck is a very knowledgeable and experienced tax person who is VERY reasonable when it comes to cost! He will definitely charge less than h&r block, Jackson hewitt, or any of the big name income tax filing companies. He definitely knows tax's in and out and searches for everything he can find to do the best that he can to get your taxes done the correct way while getting you the most refund possible. I will not go to anyone else. Chuck goes above and beyond. I am legally blind and when I turned down his offer for a ride to the light rail station,he still walked me to a safe point where I was able to get my bearings for a safer walk. Simply put he is a great guy and is great at what he does.
