I had such a good experience with Tellwell. The staff really kept the process moving-when I hadn't submitted something for my book within a couple of weeks my Project Manager always sent me a polite email; he really went out of his way to help me when I didn't know how to do something. My Illustrator was willing to work with me until everything was exactly the way I wanted it to look. Everyone I worked with at Tellwell went out of their way to be positive and encouraging.

The ease of the portal, knowledge and timely execution of tasks by the project manager & illustrator made publishing my book a dream come true! Dealing with Tellwell was a wonderful experience! The staff were always prompt, attentive, and understanding of my needs as a first-time author. Their online portal chronicles your "publishing journey" and critical steps very well, in an easy-to-follow manner, with plenty of video tutorials along the way. I will also say that any time I had a concern, it was always answered promptly and thoughtfully; things were resolved in fairly short order. I also really liked their marketing support function and tips to improve your promotional efforts. I will say one thing: you will get more out of it if you are highly motivated. Well done all, I'd recommend you to any author seeking self-pub support.
