I loved this course! I took the verbal section with Marty and the quant section with Andrew, both were amazing! I was really scared to prepare for the GRE, but the class definitely gave me all the direction and help I needed to feel like I could take down this test. The teachers are super empathetic and encouraging and I genuinely had fun in these classes. I was originally worried about it being impersonal since it was on zoom, but the classes were so interactive! I felt engaged throughout the whole class (and they are 3 hours).

A month after the verbal course ended, Marty reached out to see how I was doing and took the time to review my practice exams and give me direction on how I can improve on my essays/timing. Andrew took the time to meet with me after the quant class ended to go over my study plan, sending me extra resources and taking time out of his own schedule to give me that extra boost. It's scary ending the class and being on your own, but they did such a great job providing extra support I feel confident I can achieve my goal score.

For the quant course there are office hours available too, which are great for getting individual questions answered. Yuri is running most of those now and he's so helpful, plus a pun master. You'll roll your eyes at some jokes, but you'll also be learning tricks of the trade from the GRE master :-).

The teachers really care about their students and it makes me so glad I chose to sign up! If you're hesitating, I say you should go for it! You won't regret it!

I took the quant course for GMAT with Martin and the verbal course with Seth and I absolutely enjoyed both! I have always had problems staying focus on Zoom meetings after 30min but the classes were so engaging and fun that 3 hours just flew by! The instructors are extremely patient and empathetic. Highly recommend to anyone who want to improve their scores on the GMAT test!

I took the Test crackers GRE course for both math and verbal.

For math, Martin was amazing! He broke down complicated processes into easy to understand pieces and helped me understand how to apply them. It paid off during test day for sure! I definitely would not have done as well as I did without his instructions and the test taking strategies he shared. I'd highly recommend him!

For verbal, i had Isaac as my instructor. Isaac from the first day laid out an easy to follow plan on how to study for the verbal section. Which saved me a ton of time. His instructions were clear and concise and really helped tackle some of the ambiguity around the verbal section.

I took the GRE verbal and quant prep courses with Isaac (verbal) and Marty (quant). I also attended quant tutoring hours on a bi weekly basis with Yuri. The TestCrackers team is incredibly responsive and caring. They do this full time (many other GRE prep institutes don't) and really care about their students' success. I worked with Marty for private tutoring as well in both quant and verbal and he helped me improve my score and also boosted my confidence. I highly recommend TestCrackers and Marty in particular!

I took GMAT initially with Yuri and Seth.
Both of them have organized the classes and the material in them in such a way that to me was extremely efficient and beneficial.
I was good in quant to begin with but with Yuri's methods I became so much faster and getting all the corner cases.
I was severely suffering in verbal and Seth was really patient on doing and redoing a plan with me to help me achieve my goals.

They both are amazing at caring about their students. After GMAT i realized GRE is a better fit for me and took the GRE verbal with Seth. In between the courses both Yuri and Seth were very approachable to help me with my decisions and with my plan to get a higher score.

Good news I got accepted to both Harvard and Stanford business school 🙂

TestCrackers is the best! I had Yuri as my math instructor and he makes complicated math problems much easier to solve. He shows you where common mistakes are made by people that take the test, and also shows you different ways a math question could be asked. Most importantly, Yuri is very friendly and easy to talk to. He does everything that he possibly can for his students so they do well. He is very enthusiastic about math and has always made class interesting and engaging. I promise that you will not regret taking TestCrackers, it it well-worth the money. My only regret in life is that I didn't enroll for TestCrackers sooner. I recommend anyone who is thinking about taking a GRE prep class to enroll for TestCrackers.

Went to Yuri in Berkeley in 2014 for GMAT help. He was extremely patient and worked with my learning style to help me drastically increase my score. I hesitated for a long time to get a tutor, but with his reasonable prices, flexible schedule, and patient and thoughtful teaching style, it was totally worth the investment.

Pro Tip: If you can, try to schedule appointments for the mid-day. He was way more free and flexible in the afternoon / late morning, which allowed me to see him more often and have my pick of times without having to compete with the after 5pm crowd.
