I would just like to receive what I pay for - a newspaper. I did not receive a Sunday paper (5-24-20). I called and received a recording. All of my information was given, and I was told that I would receive my Sunday paper on Monday. Unfortunately, I did not receive it. Second time I have not received a newspaper in 4 months. I would feel heard if I were to talk to a live person. That has not happened yet - always automation.

The architecture of this building is amazing and also is really great for photos. I'm very pleased that every time I come here it's clean, i'm pleased to see that people are not abusing the spot and are picking up after their selfs.

My first visit to the Bakersfield California was quite a surprise. It is stationed in an impressive historical building that the city of Bakersfield prides itself in housing. Staff are wonderful and there are many fascinating treasures to observe within that highlight local news history.

I just want to refer to a comedy strip that was published on Friday July 8, 2016. Page 13. How could you possible print this? I saw this and I could not believe you would even consider printing this! With everything going on with our police force and the BLM wanting to kill them and white people you would actually print something this stupid. Really Its bad enough you report things from your point of view before an investigation is completed, but hey lets just stir the pot a bit more shall we Wheres the support these officers need? After all, they put their life on the line for us every single day, but hey! Thats no skin off your nose right? Also on Saturday July 9th, page 13 the disgusting racial comic on "What it takes to spark a deadly confrontation with law enforcement" is even more idiotic! You people are despicable. Doesnt anybody screen this stuff Very bad taste Bakersfield Californian, very bad taste!
