*Gives bonuses to some employees

CONS
*Very white, non-diverse workforce
*My friend (the only employee of color) worked there for years meeting goals & expectations, and watched as the owner publicly distributed bonus checks to others regularly, but never her. She finally quit in disgust.
*Several married couples work there, which is odd in an office of 13
*Not environmentally aware, refuses to go digital. Does not care about a planet for future generations, only profit for themselves
*Owners play favorites with the staff
*Due to lack of digital, product is not affordable to all who need it
*Office feels positive at first, then slowly shows its true tone, which is very impersonal & cold
*Male owner showed lack of control, literally yelling at female employees*
