This teacher loves The Literary Cat Co.! This quaint little bookstore is a must visit in Pittsburg. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The cats are well cared for and kind. I absolutely loved their children’s section.

Such a lovely place! The owner is beyond the sweetest and so helpful, and the kitties are a HUGE win! We also adopted one of the rascals! Definitely 10/10 and highly recommend! I always enjoy my time here and will always get my books from here from now on!

The literary cat co is one of the best places I have ever been I wish I could have a cat but my mom and dad are both elergec to cats and most of my brothers to.i am not elergec to cats and none of my sisters but since we moved here I have been taking every chance to go to the literary cat co. It makes me feel like I have a cat.i also think penny there cat senor cat is very very sweet if you sit next to her she will get in your lap and snuggle. I think it’s kinda sad that they have to keep her in her own little room with no other cats. So I would go see how she’s doing. I love the literary cat co!

We went to the kitty story time and it was an amazing experience! The store has a fantastic cozy/cool vibe and both of my kids (2 and 4) loved it! The cats were very friendly and great with the kids and the owner and employees were all beyond friendly and welcoming. There is a great selection of books with clear labels so you can easily find exactly what kind of book you’re looking for. The kids section is decorated so cute with clouds on the ceiling and a great mix of titles to choose from.
