This is Cleveland Georgia’s best shipping department by far. I love using the new self service kiosk for shipping packages on my own. The staff here is wonderful for helping you find your best shipping options and prices for speedy delivery. The owners are also just the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered, they are always so patient and ready to help. I would always recommend using them as your trusted shipping service. They are just simply the best!

I have always had a great experience at The Shipping Depot. Even when they get really busy they give everyone the same attention with a positive attitude. The employees are knowledgeable and work very hard to make sure your packages are top priority.

I’ve been treated rudely every time I enter the store to drop off a package. They are not helpful and shouted at me when all I wanted was to have a human being take my package instead of using the kiosk which hasn’t worked the 3 previous times they insisted I use it.

I was willing to wait to have you receive my package WHICH IS YOUR JOB! I didn’t want to use the kiosk because it hasn’t worked in the past! You RUDELY told me I had to use it and then SHOUTED CONDESCENDINGLY to me about how I wasn’t following the instructions. You have NEVER been helpful or exhibit the qualities of someone who knows anything about customer service. Don’t worry, we will NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN and will let others know, and inform UPS, how you treated us EVERY time … not just today!

We have used them often. For the most part they are polite and reliable. The store is clean. We have used them for return shipping, shipping, and copies. I always email them ahead of time the label (before I leave home to go to the store) they don't do QR CODES.
The improvement I would like to see is labels taped to boxes in front of customer instead of sometimes being pushed to the side. That's a good way to lose a package. Otherwise it's a great store and I recommend it.

This location is amazing and truly goes the extra mile for their customers. See below for a situation that happened today. My son went to a new shipping place that opened not far from our home in Cleveland, with a Fedex return. He had a package and an email from Fedex with a QR code. The person told him they could not help him and he needed to go to a Fedex facility that can scan the code. Keep in mind, the closest one that does that is in Buford. My son called me to ask what he should do. I told him to give me five minutes. I called the folks at Shipping Depot and the lady was very kind, as usual. She confirmed that QR codes can only be scanned at Fedex but she went one step further and asked if I had the email with the code? I told her I did have it. She said there is usually a place on the email where the label can be printed. I looked and did not see it. She then asked me to forward it to her so she could look at it. I sent it to her and she showed me where the link to print the label was on the email. I printed the label and just sent my son to shipping depot to drop it off. I know these Fedex prepays are not cash for the business & may seem tedious but this is how customer loyalty is built. There is something to be said for this kind lady who went the extra mile to help my son get his package shipped vs the other place who just sent him away. My $$ will go to Shipping Depot and I hope others will see this and support them as well!

I have read some of these reviews and have not seen all the rudness or high prices because I always have prepaid labels. I do much business with Amazon so once in a while something needs to go back with a prepaid label. It is my understanding that they receive a nominal fee for collecting these parcels. I believe they get .75 cents...not much at all. And yet I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and receipt. My community has a UPS pickup area but I choose to support a local business because that keeps a community alive. I know the woman that owns this place and her daughter from going in there. They seem pleasant enough for my needs. This past Christmas we went there to bring them some homemade cookies a day or 2 before Christmas but they were closed. We'll try again this year. Thank you for your service Shipping Depot.

This place and these people are fantastic! I had an emergency international package to ship and they were more helpful than the actual shipping company. I highly recommend the Shipping Depot!
